Admission & Withdrawal

Application forms for admission can be secured from the school office in September, every year.
Parents are asked to fill up the application/admission forms with most accuracy. No change in the name and date of birth is permitted later.
For fresh admissions, an official birth certificate should accompany the application. Catholic students should produce a baptism certificate.
Admission to the KG of the school is not a guarantee of automatic admission to STD 1. Students will have to prove themselves fit to be admitted. The principal is the final authority granting admission.
Transfer certificate must be produced by all candidates who have previously attended any school.
No transfer certificate is issued until all dues are paid. The application form for T.C & character certificate are inserted in the school dairy. No T.C & character certificate will be issued without prior application by the parents two weeks ahead. A fee of RS 300 each should be paid for the T.C & character certificate.
In any case, change of class will not be done, once the admission is over.
